The Grandstand
A little bit about us!
Established in 2021, The Grandstand - Mobile Bar was created by a small group of engineers whose attention to detail is paramount. The Grandstand offers a range of draught beers, prosecco, wine & gins that can be personalised to meet the requirements of our guests!
Our Package
Booking our bar will secure the following:
A minimum of 2 fully qualified members of staff to run the bar for the duration of your event.
A temporary events notice (TENs) for the sale of alcohol at your event.
The option to personalise the drinks menu! (additional fees may apply)
Up to 8 draught beer lines with lager (Camden Hells), pale ale (Camden Pale Ale), cider (Strawberry & Lime Kopparberg) & bitter (John Smiths)
An assortment of bottled beers, ciders, tonics and soft drinks.
A range of spirits including gin, vodka, whiskey and shots!
An array of wines, prosecco and champagne!
Disposable glassware included.
Hot drinks (Coffee, Tea & Hot Chocolate)

Guest Bar
We will attend your event with the bar fully stocked and 2 fully qualified members of staff to run it.
A drinks menu can be discussed and personalised to your requirements if you wish to do so.
An amount can be placed behind the bar to offer guests a temporary free bar experience.
Minimum hire time 4 hours.

Pop-up Indoor/Outdoor Bar!
The latest addition to the Grandstand fleet is our brand new Pop-Up bar!
This is ideal for summer garden parties, village halls & wedding venues! It offers a fantastic alternative for when our horse box bars just won't fit!
The Pop-Up bar features up to 3 draught beer lines, optics, spirits, soft drinks & much more!
The Grandstand Prosecco Wall
Our prosecco wall is a great addition to any party or event!
Alternatively, you can hire the wall as a standalone unit.

What areas do we cover?
The Grandstand - Mobile Bar units can be hired anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Hull free of charge.
For all other areas, get in touch and we can try to sort something out for you!
